General terms and conditions and interesting facts

• The room/apartment is only booked once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid! (No later than 1 week after booking confirmation!)

• We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung

• We guarantee that the rooms and apartments will be ready for occupancy from 3.30 pm. If these are ready earlier (normally from midday), an earlier check-in is of course possible.
• For arrivals after 16.00 we ask for a telephone announcement!
• Please bear in mind that we no longer offer hot meals if you arrive after 19:00!
• Please vacate the room/apartment by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to spend the whole day with us and use the beach and parking lot.
• Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Ashtrays are available for you in front of the entrances and on the balconies!
• Payment methods: Your room bill can be paid in cash, by EC card or by bank transfer in advance. Credit cards are not accepted.
• Free parking is available behind the hotel. Entrances and driveways must remain clear!
  
• If you want to be picked up from the train station, please order the train station shuttle directly at www.mobilbuero.com at least 48 hours in advance. Please check YES when entering “You are accommodated in a partner company”.

CANCELLATION:
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the following conditions apply:

• No cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 %
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 %
• late arrival/early departure 100%

If a booking is canceled, the deposit will be retained as a processing fee!
Otherwise, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
