Forest bathing in the Weissensee Nature Park
Here in the nature park, nature is not only preserved, but consciously experienced. Forest bathing allows you to experience your surroundings with all your senses: the crackling of the forest floor, the chirping of birds, the scent of moss and tree bark, the soft light that falls through the treetops. Every movement becomes slower, every breath deeper – until everyday life becomes very quiet.
The essential oils in the forest air – known as terpenes – act as a natural aromatherapy that reduces stress hormones, clears the mind and strengthens the immune system. The clear air is particularly good for people with breathing problems, and walking at your own pace brings peace and grounding.
Whether barefoot on the forest floor, with eyes closed in the wind or sitting on a bench – it’s not the destination that counts when forest bathing, but the conscious experience. And that’s exactly what makes it so effective.

and to perceive the moment. You will be accompanied by
breathing trainer Hans Lassnig-Walder, who will guide you mindfully through this special nature experience

30 minutes mindful silent walk to the forest square,
60 minutes regulating breathing session,
30 minutes mindful silent walk back to Kärntnerhof - Participants: from 4 persons to max. 20 persons
