Our kitchen team conjures up the best Carinthian dishes for you, which are not only fresh, but also regional and authentic. We attach great importance to high-quality ingredients from the surrounding area in order to bring you closer to the real Carinthian taste. Every dish is prepared with a lot of love and craftsmanship so that you can enjoy an unforgettable taste experience.
Breakfast at Lake Weissensee
What awaits you at the breakfast buffet
The aroma of fresh bread from the village bakery, a creamy cappuccino from the WMF coffee machine and a spoonful of Weissensee bee honey – that’s how the day starts with us. A colorful variety of regional and homemade delicacies awaits you at the breakfast buffet, leaving nothing to be desired.
Crispy pastries, rusks, Wasa and toast meet fine jams from the region, homemade spreads and Carinthian yogurt. Those who prefer something savory will be delighted with ham, sausage, farmhouse bacon, salami and tangy cheese from the local dairy. Fresh fruit, fruit salad and seasonal vegetables provide vitamins, as do our juices, cool water and a large selection of around 20 types of tea.
For all breakfast cooks, we have our own pan to prepare fresh egg dishes or crispy bacon – and of course an egg stove. For muesli fans, we have cornflakes, smacks, muesli, chocolate muesli and various healthy grains.
And the highlight for Sunday: salmon and Prosecco for a particularly enjoyable start to the day.

For all those who love something special!
Breakfast eggs can be boiled in the water boat and egg dishes – with or without other ingredients such as ham, onions or vegetables – can be fried in the pan on our converted economy stove.

Breakfast for "non-guests"
We are also happy to welcome guests & locals for breakfast who are not staying at our hotel. The cost for this is € 18,- per person. A regional breakfast is also a nice gift idea! You can order our vouchers here.
