Erwin, boss and head of the house. He is not only responsible for the numbers and the culinary delights, he is also always involved in the work. There is no project in the house without his support and commitment. Deeply rooted in Lake Weissensee and the community, he is a member of the hunting club and the fire department.
Claudia, hostess with heart and soul, her cheerful, friendly manner makes you feel like “Dahoam” (at home). The reception is entirely in her hands and you can almost always find her in the service area. With the exception of the afternoons – these are all about the children. In the evenings, she’s always up for a chat – because it’s just better to talk in peace, isn’t it?
