Back and neck massage
The various functional systems of the body are influenced manually with a variety of different, firmer grips. The crowning touch is the gentle stroking of the back with warm stones – a feeling that can hardly be put into words.
Full body massage
Foot reflexology massage
The main aim of this holistic massage is to support the body in detoxification. The focus is on the foot as a mirror of the entire body: targeted thumb pressure on specific zones on the feet sends a “reflex” to the corresponding areas of the body, which helps to activate the body’s natural self-healing powers.
Combination massage
Ear acupoint massage
This specific local treatment uses reflex zones, including those in the ear, which correspond to specific areas of the body. Through the use of a massage stick, nerve points are specifically stimulated based on selected point programs. The effects of this stimulation are enhanced by the application of magnetic patches, which remain in the ear for a week to prolong the effect.
Acupoint massage
This method aims to promote the balance of energy flow by drawing the “yin and yang” meridians with a chopstick. Energetic movements help to create a balance between fullness and emptiness and in this way harmonize the body’s internal energy.
Aroma drop treatment
To relax the back muscles. We start by applying the Vitaflex technique to the foot reflex zones that correspond to the spine. Selected essential oils are then spread over the back using gentle stroking movements. To intensify the effect and achieve deep relaxation of the back muscles, a warm compress is used together with warm stones, which penetrate the oils even deeper into the muscle tissue.
