In Neusach, the quietest and sunniest part of Lake Weissensee, an extraordinary retreat for two people awaits you. The spacious “Private Luxury on the Lake” vacation apartment is located on the second floor of a modern, newly built house. It is looked after by the Seehotel Kärntnerhof team and rented out all year round.
Two light-flooded levels extend over 80 m² of living space, furnished with high-quality materials and planned according to the principles of Feng Shui. The furnishings are modern, clear and stylish – an exclusive retreat with a feel-good character.
A special highlight is the private lake access with bathing hut, sunbathing lawn, covered terrace, jetty and outdoor shower – exclusively available to guests of this apartment.
Equipment and room layout
The apartment includes:
- An open-plan living, dining and cooking area (36 m²) with access to the 16 m² terrace with views of the forest and mountains
- An entrance area with checkroom
- A separate guest bathroom with shower and WC
- Large bathroom under the sloping roof with shower, bathtub, WC and two washbasins
- Bedroom with access to the 5 m² roof terrace with side lake view
Facilities include a wood-burning stove (wood is provided), flat-screen TV, music system, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and kettle. The apartment is non-smoking – also outside. Pets are not allowed in order to ensure a consistently high level of comfort for all guests

Catering
Ideally equipped for self-catering, the fully equipped kitchen offers all amenities. A daily bread roll service can be organized if ordered in advance.
Guests also have the option of breakfast and dinner at our partner hotel Seehotel Kärntnerhof, just 1.2 km (10 minutes’ walk) away (by prior arrangement). Alternatively, the hotel’s own “Kuchlkastl” of the Kärntnerhof with regional specialties is available for self-service.
