We are there for you at reception every day from 8 to 11 and from 8 to 10 pm!
A
ARRIVAL
If you arrive in the morning, we invite you to breakfast from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on the day of arrival!
If you arrive after 4 p.m., please call us to let us know!
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 10 a.m. and hand in the key at reception.
DOCTOR | PHARMACY
If you don’t feel well or maybe even have a small accident, our family doctor is there for you during his opening hours(Dr. Müller, T: +43 4713 2216 ).
The family pharmacy is also located in the surgery – it is a 5-minute walk away. You will find the nearest larger pharmacy in Greifenburg.
EXCURSIONS
There are some beautiful little towns in our area. You’re sure to love Lienz – a beautiful old town with lots of stores and cafés. At the Tarvisio leather market on the Italian/Austrian border, haggling is not only encouraged, but a must.

BABY EQUIPMENT
We have all sorts of things available for our little ones: height-adjustable wooden cribs, changing mats, pampers, diaper pails for the balcony & high chairs with baby seats.
BATH TOWELS | BEACH TOWELS
You will find blue towels in your room that you can use at the lake. You can simply change them at reception.
BANK | BANKOMAT
About 200 m from us, right by the bridge, you will find an ATM and a bank. Phone: +43 4713 2249.
PAYMENT
We ask you to pay for all services not included (e.g. consumption at the hotel bar) in cash. You are welcome to pay the room bill by EC card, cash or by bank transfer before your vacation.
BERGBAHN
You can take the mountain railroad up and down the whole summer, or just go up and cycle back down. Have a great day and enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains and the whole valley.
BLUMENGIESSEN
Everyone enjoys the splendor of the flowers in and around our hotel. If you help to ensure that our flowers, fruit and vegetable plants do not die of thirst, we are happy to invite you for a schnapps in the evening. Snacking is expressly encouraged!
BOATS
We have a boat in the boathouse. You can pick up the key at reception. Have fun rowing!
BOOKS, NEWSPAPERS & MAGAZINES
For all those who want to stay up to date while on vacation, there are all kinds of daily newspapers and gossip magazines scattered around the hotel – on chests and in the bookcase. Simply pick up, read and return.

BIKE AND BIKERAUM
Your bike is in good hands with us: In our bicycle room you will find enough space for (e-)bikes (including charging sockets), bike trailers, roof boxes and everything else you need to take with you on your bike vacation.

Here at the lake you will find more than enough sun loungers and umbrellas for your summer enjoyment. Just take it from the boathouse and bring it back.

If you fancy a really great massage from Christina during your vacation, let us know and we will be happy to organize it for you.

PARKING
We have a large meadow behind the house so that there is also space for your cars.

SMOKING
You are welcome to smoke in front of the door and on the balconies. You will find ashtrays on the terrace or balcony – just use them. Smoking is prohibited indoors!
RECEPTION
We are happy to be there for you from 8 am to 12:00 pm or in the evening. Come by & talk to us – we are always out and about somewhere in or around the house and have tips for you (excursions, events…).

SAFE
You will find a safe in every room. If the instructions don’t work, come to us at reception, we’ll be happy to help!
SHOES
There is space for your hiking boots at the top of the entrance area.
KEY
It’s very important to always take your key with you in the evening, because if you really get lost, you can use it to unlock the front door.
GAME BOX
You can find classic card and board games in the game box in the restaurant. Simply take out the game, start playing and return it! You will also find table tennis bats, balls and boccia balls there.
SPORT
Cycling, hiking, pedal boating, rowing, ice skating, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, jogging, mountain biking – you can find inspiration here... or simply do nothing at all!
