- Welcoming and looking after our guests – with a smile and an open ear
- Check-in & Check-out
- Processing inquiries by telephone, e-mail or on site
- Coordination with all departments in the house (e.g. housekeeping, kitchen)
- Cash management and invoicing
- Support with reservations and guest correspondence
- Helping to create a pleasant, informal stay for our guests
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience at reception or in guest services is an advantage
- Friendly, open and well-groomed appearance
- Organizational talent, accuracy and reliability
- Written and spoken German, knowledge of English and other foreign languages an advantage
- Enjoy working with people
- You stay on top of things even when things get stressful
