Are you passionate about gastronomy? Do you feel comfortable both in the kitchen and in service? Then you’ve come to the right place! To support our management, we are looking for a manager for our entire gastronomic area.

YOUR TASKS

  • Together with the management, you define the gastronomic line of the house
  • Independent management of the entire F&B area
  • Coordination of all catering tasks between reception, kitchen and service
  • Management of employees in the area
  • Menu design and design of the drinks menu
  • Ordering and merchandise management
  • Working in service and looking after guests
  • Compliance with all hygiene regulations according to HACCP

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed gastronomy training is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of professional experience is an advantage
  • Organizational talent and personal responsibility
  • Ability to motivate (personnel management)
  • Communication skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility
  • Correct appearance, competent demeanor
  • Professional security and leadership skills
  • Enjoy working with people
